2003 Steam Show (what my wife calls the Dirt and Soot show) http://threshingbee.org

This amazing show has more than 500 operating steam engines dedicated to farming. They also have a steam powered saw mill.

A few Of the Steam Engines

These huge steam engines arrive on triple axle trailers. In the
old days, they drove on specially built roads made of logs that
spread the weight.

Not all steam engine owners are purists. Why not have a bit of fun?

A few Oil Pulls

An oil pull is an early internal combustion engine. The single
cylinder only fires when the governor senses a drop in RPMs.

You start this oil pull by hand turning one of the fly wheels. It
is not that hard to get your arm broken.
